Returns & exchanges

  • I gladly accept returns and exchanges
  • Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
  • Send items back within: 10 days of delivery
  • I don't accept cancellations
  • But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Limited edition prints.

Returns and exchange details

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: All of our shipments are insured for damages on the way by the courier companies. Please check the delivered package in the presence of the courier for possible damage when receiving it. In the event that your package is damaged during travel, please take a photo and ask the courier to prepare a damage report so we can reimburse the fee for reshipment. This way, we can send you a new one immediately without any charges.

We do use registered  delivery services for our larger prints which will require signatures at your end. 

We aren't responsible for any delays that may occur during shipping and will not do any refunds. Custom orders are not refundable.

We do not refund orders for the following cases;

- Wrong address and contact info,
- Buyer can not be reached at the given address for 7 days,
- Buyer refuses or ignores the shipment regarding duty, tax or any liability charges.

If the item is returned after a failed delivery attempt because of no recipients present at the time of delivery, we can resend the item if a reshipment fee is issued. Please note that we don't take responsibility for non-claimed/returned packages and will charge you for a reshipment fee.

Regarding any quality issues, or simply if you did not like the product; just get in touch with us. We will refund the order - excluding the shipping fee - when we receive the product back. Customer is responsible for return shipping fee.

Delivery policies

IMPORTANT: If the delivery company can not find the buyer at the given address they will try to contact the buyer via phone. But if the company can not reach the buyer in 7 days the item(s) will be dumped at the facility. We can not refund or reship a new product in this case.

We will ship your order within 3-5 business days after receiving payment.

Larger Prints are rolled and sent in cardboard mailing tubes.
